Charlotte Willson joined Heenan Blaikie’s Labour and Employment Law group following her call to the Bar in 2007. Charlotte acts for employers in a variety of workplace matters and has particular expertise in workers’ compensation, labour arbitration, human rights, employment standards, and wrongful dismissal litigation. Charlotte regularly advocates for her clients, representing them at the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Workplace and Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and before labour arbitrators and employment standards officers.

The Nairobi Westgate Mall Disaster and Keeping Out-Of-Country Employees Safe
